Capitanos Games is looking for a driven and people focused Recruiter to join our team and support our continued growth across multiple international markets.

This is a hands on recruitment role where you will manage the full recruitment process, work closely with hiring managers and help us identify and attract the right people for our organization.

About the role

As a Recruiter at Capitanos Games, you will be responsible for recruitment across different departments, markets and levels of seniority. You will work closely with managers to understand their needs and independently manage recruitment processes from initial sourcing to final offer.

We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, understands how to identify potential and can balance speed with quality when hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing to offer

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals and other relevant channels

• Conduct screening interviews and competency based interviews

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define candidate profiles

• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process

• Evaluate candidates based on experience, competencies, motivation and overall suitability

• Support the use of psychometric assessments as part of selected recruitment processes

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs

• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult to fill and international positions

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation

• Support employer branding and other recruitment related initiatives

• Continuously identify ways to improve the efficiency and quality of our recruitment processes

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar role

• Experience managing recruitment processes independently

• Strong communication and interviewing skills

• Comfortable with proactive sourcing and approaching candidates directly

• Ability to evaluate candidates beyond the CV and understand competencies, motivation and potential

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously

• Comfortable working in an international and fast moving environment

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms or recruitment tools is an advantage

• Experience with competency based recruitment or psychometric assessments is an advantage

• Previous experience within iGaming, technology or an international digital business is an advantage, but not a requirement
